Color Oops Extra Conditioning Hair Color Remover is an easy and effective way to reverse undesirable hair color. Free from bleach and ammonia, our formula works by shrinking dye molecules, allowing you to simply wash them away. This formula includes aloe vera to nourish the follicle and provide hydration along with healing soy protein complex to rebuild and restructure processed hair.

IDEAL FOR: Hair that has been colored with a regular, oxidative (mixed with developer) dye. Best used to create a clean slate allowing you to easily re-color hair or transition to a new shade.

*Not formulated for direct-application dyes as well as bold shades such as pinks, blues, greens, purples, etc.

 Total volume: 4 fl. oz.

 

How-To:

  1. Add contents from bottle #1 into applicator bottle #2.
  2. Shake well for 30 seconds and, pointed away from your face, cut tip on applicator cap.
  3. Wearing gloves, apply liberally and quickly to clean and dry hair, focusing on color to be removed.
  4. Gently work and massage product into the hair to ensure it is evenly saturated.
  5. Cover the hair with the included hair cap and process no longer than 20 minutes. For best results, avoid cold rooms or processing near cool vents or fans.
  6. Shampoo in warm water, then rinse for 20 minutes.
  7. Shampoo again, then rinse for at least 5 additional minutes. The longer you continue to rinse, the better your end results will be. If product is not fully rinsed out, dye may settle back into the hair.
  8. Condition the hair. Optional: A hair mask will re-hydrate the hair and help eliminate any lingering product scent.

Results may vary depending on starting hair level, texture, porosity. Hair that is thick or longer than chin length may require more than one box.

CAUTION:
COLOR OOPS HAIR COLOR REMOVER IS NOT FORMULATED FOR AND WILL NOT WORK ON DIRECT-APPLICATION DYES AS WELL AS BOLD SHADES SUCH AS PINKS, BLUES, GREENS, PURPLES, ETC.

Do not mix Color Oops Hair Color Remover in a metallic bowl or allow the product to come in contact with any metallic surface. Use the applicator bottle provided in the kit to apply.

DO NOT repeat with the hair color removal process more than 2 to 3 times (and always depending on the condition of hair and scalp). With each time, always perform a strand test.

This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation on certain individuals. A preliminary patch test should be first made 48 hours prior to use by applying a mixture of equal parts 1 and 2 on a small cleansed area the size of a quarter behind the ear or the fold of the elbow. Remove after 24 hours with soap and water or immediately if irritation occurs. If irritation is apparent, do not proceed with application. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact with eyes should occur, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a physician. This product must not be used on eyelashes or eyebrows. To do so may cause blindness. Not to be taken internally. Keep out of reach of children.

Refunds & Returns We do not do any refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier that your items were shipped by, USPS, UPS, etc. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to package once we have placed the package in the possession of a carrier. If there is a discrepancy with your order that is related to the items being different from what you ordered, please email us, and include a picture of the items that you received as well as your packing slip. Once a discrepancy is confirmed, at your discretion, we will reship your item free of charge, or provide you with a full refund.
Shipping All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours during the week. Weekdays are considered Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekend will began their 24 hours on the next business day. If an order is received and we are out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and asked how to proceed. If we are not able to contact the customer within 24 hours, the out-of-stock item will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be processed and shipped.  
All orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer.  We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. If we receive an error when trying to process the order, we will make every attempt to contact the customer to verify the address prior to shipping. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will ship goods to the address provided.  Once we ship a package, we do not refund any funds if it is undeliverable; therefore, any package that is returned due to it being undeliverable, the package was refused, or any other reason beyond Essence of Beauty's control, items will be restocked and the order will be refunded less the shipping cost & a 20% restocking fee. We will always deliver goods according to the delivery option selected by the customer during the order process. If possible, to deliver goods in a speedier delivery option, we will do so, but only if this option is available with the carrier selected by the customer. We are only responsible for processing and shipping orders in the appropriate time allotted for the customer to receive their order according to the delivery option selected. Once orders are in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for any delays caused by a third party, i.e., carrier. If you receive a package, and it is damaged, you may file a claim with the carrier that delivered it. You may also contact us, and we will file a claim for you; however, a picture of the packaging, damaged items, and packing slip will be required, and we must be notified within 72 hours. Multiple orders may be joined and delivered in one parcel.
