How To Use:
Daily conditioning: Spray the Protective Mist Bodifier ™on the hair and scalp for braids, locks, twists and natural hair styles. Use at least 3 times a week for best results.

Comb out/detangling: Shampoo hair, towel dry and separate it into large braided sections. Next start at the nape area of your hair and un-braid one section at a time. Apply the Protective Mist Bodifier ™ to your hair in the un-braided section. Then comb the product through your hair using a wide tooth comb. Comb out from the ends and work up to the roots. Can be used on dry hair.

To remove braid: It will be easier to remove the braids if you have used the Protective Mist Bodifier ™ as a daily conditioning spray during the time you wore your braided style. Even without this protective care, you can still use the spray as a braid remover. Just follow these simple directions:

To remove human hair extension braids:
If your hair is chemically processed, wet the braids first. If not, do not wet the braids. Separate the hairstyle into several bunches of braids. Start at the nape area and work with one section at a time. Spray the Protective Mist Bodifier ™ on the point of extension attachment and on the braids. Use your fingers to work the product into the braids. The hair should begin to loosen. Use a comb to undo the links in the braids.

To remove Kanekalon or synthetic braids:
Separate the hairstyle into several bunches of braids. Start at the nape area and work with one section at a time. Spray the Protective Mist Bodifier ™ to the point of attachment and on the braids. Use your fingers to work the product into the braids. The hair should begin to loosen. Use a comb to undo the links in the braids.

IMPORTANT: After you have removed the extensions, do not shampoo the hair until you have thoroughly combed through the hair. NOTE: It will be a disaster if you
do shampoo before combing the hair out – especially if the hair is chemically
processed. Take your time!

Scalp soothing ingredients like Eucalyptus Oil, Olive Oil, Aloe Vera, and cooling Menthol Crystals will quickly get to work to keep your scalp cool, calm and itch-free.

Water (Aqua), Glycerine, Soybean Oil (Glycine Soja), Polyquaterium 32 and Paraffinum Liquidium, Menthol Crystal, Olive Oil (Olea Europaea), Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf), Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus Globulus), Caprylyl Glycol Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum).

Refunds & Returns We do not do any refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier that your items were shipped by, USPS, UPS, etc. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to package once we have placed the package in the possession of a carrier. If there is a discrepancy with your order that is related to the items being different from what you ordered, please email us, and include a picture of the items that you received as well as your packing slip. Once a discrepancy is confirmed, at your discretion, we will reship your item free of charge, or provide you with a full refund.
Shipping All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours during the week. Weekdays are considered Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekend will began their 24 hours on the next business day. If an order is received and we are out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and asked how to proceed. If we are not able to contact the customer within 24 hours, the out-of-stock item will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be processed and shipped.  
All orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer.  We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. If we receive an error when trying to process the order, we will make every attempt to contact the customer to verify the address prior to shipping. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will ship goods to the address provided.  Once we ship a package, we do not refund any funds if it is undeliverable; therefore, any package that is returned due to it being undeliverable, the package was refused, or any other reason beyond Essence of Beauty's control, items will be restocked and the order will be refunded less the shipping cost & a 20% restocking fee. We will always deliver goods according to the delivery option selected by the customer during the order process. If possible, to deliver goods in a speedier delivery option, we will do so, but only if this option is available with the carrier selected by the customer. We are only responsible for processing and shipping orders in the appropriate time allotted for the customer to receive their order according to the delivery option selected. Once orders are in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for any delays caused by a third party, i.e., carrier. If you receive a package, and it is damaged, you may file a claim with the carrier that delivered it. You may also contact us, and we will file a claim for you; however, a picture of the packaging, damaged items, and packing slip will be required, and we must be notified within 72 hours. Multiple orders may be joined and delivered in one parcel.
